just feel really low and have no motivation, I'm on meds but think I need a change, its so easy to go back to bed and read a book, even though I make lists the night before of things I have to do, I just cant be bothered, feel really .low

It's ok to feel low. Take the lists and just make one task your priority - take care of self
Whatever needs done will get done. But if you don't look after yourself it's pointless.
Don't feel bad about being unwell
Hi my advice is not to make lists as they just put more pressure on you. Concentrate instead on summoning the energy to get out of bed and seeing how you feel. When you feel so bad just getting up is very difficult. How about deciding to have a shower? Keep thinking of how nice and clean you will feel.
One thing I do which works for me although it does sound very silly. When I am totally fed up of my mind arguing with itself I just look at my feet and tell them to move. If you move in that moment it does work. Then you feel good that you have at least done something. xx

I think with how bad you're feeling, you shouldn't put any extra pressure on yourself, just like lilaclil advised. I think getting out of bed and actually doing just one thing is a great achievement for you right now. For example, a shower or do one piece of housework. You will feel a sense of achievement as soon as you complete that one task that needs to be done. Maybe you could tell yourself that you can go back to bed after that one task is finished and after a few days or weeks you can achieve a bit more in one go? That way you're building yourself back up again...
