Hi! I'm kind of new to this, and this subject is very emotional for me. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and let me tell you it's no fun. I have days where I would stay in my room in complete darkness and would just stare into open space. I found myself holding myself captive in my house for 2 weeks. Going through this is scary, but to know that I'm not alone with this condition puts me at ease

I know what depression is i am going through it myself. You need to find out the reason behind it. It might be due to something. You need to find out the cause behind it. What i have learned from different sources things do better it just take some time

Your certainly not alone !! I am nearing the end of having two weeks off work due to not coping well with my depression. All i have done for the past two weeks is eat cake , cry and spend far to much time laying around ! But the most important thing to remember is your body and mind needs this. I feel ready to get back to 'Normality' ... It's not a weakness to cry and take a break when needed . ❣

The best thing to do is go outside. Just stand outside take a deep breath and tell yourself it's going to be ok
