I have a felony charge from when I was young. I am in the process of expungement; however, there is a six month quo till the judge sees me. I have applied to numerous companies and they will not hire me despite my good qualifications. I have applied to a few volunteer opportunities and they have even rejected me. Now, I applied to graduate study. Hopefully I'll get accepted.
I get so down in my days because I do not have much activities or responsibilities. The longer I sit here, the harder it is to get up.
I applied to a yoga/cycling studio. My class is tomorrow yet I have no energy to go. I know I should but it is so hard when i don't have much to wake up for.
I really hope they accept me back into school.

One of the most important thing you can do is to divert your negative thoughts, so it is important you attend Yoga/Cycling, this will increase positive thoughts by making your brain produce positive drugs and help you move on
You need to explain to your GP the problems you have especially if you wish to go back into education. A course of CBT MAY help you by introducing coping techniques and assisting you in moving on. Medication may not need to be given it all depends on how depressed you feel.
It may be a a great benefit to get that Felony charge lifted and I wish you well.
I've been to countless psychiatrists and psychologists. If anything, I get medical care more often then necessary. Also, antidepressants never benefitted me.
I never went to my class. I knew it would help but I couldn't find the energy. Ugh.
