and i don't know what to do with myself anymore, I self harmed a lot these past few months and i always see things saying you're not alone but whenever i try to talk to someone they're rude or just don't get it. I'm trying to deal with my anxiety and feeling like everyone hates me all the time but i don't know how anymore. I get stressed really easily and over the simplest of things.
Any tips on how to de-stress and be calm as such?

Hi I'm so sorry to hear you are going through a bad time recently. A lot of people don't understand because it doesn't really make sense that you hurt yourself but on here there are lots of people who do understand because they have been through it too. It can be scary or upsetting for people and they may react before they think about how this will make you feel.
To deal with stress I find some meditation apps are useful, they often have some that you can access for free. Listening to music, doing exercise, cutting down on caffeine (it makes your body react as if it were anxious) all help. Writing a journal can also help. Other than that I find distracting myself by doing activities I enjoy can help.
Have you got anyone that you can talk to or spend time with, either a Friend, family member, colleague?
There are lots of ideas about how to stop self harm but it is seen as a coping mechanism so to stop you need to find a safe alternative that fulfills the same aim for you.
Yes, most people won't get it. They don't have the experience, imagination or compassion to put themselves in your shoes. However, the people here do.
I think it's courageous to come here and ask for help to deal with your problems. I've been chatting to lots of people since I joined up (only the other day) so there is support here.
Other people like you suffer anxiety. Many self harm to deal with emotional pain. We all want to feel better. There are ways to do that.
You've taken the first step by asking for advice and help here.
If things get bad - just post and someone will respond.
Have you spoken to GP about your anxiety? Admitting to self -harming is a huge step. It's something most people feel ashamed about and try to hide. But, you harm yourself to deal with ur feelings as a coping mechanism. Maybe, talking about how you feel will help that.
You are beginning the road to recovery.
I'll let others post about ideas for anxiety. I can add my penny's worth if I think if anything.
Coming from someone who used to self-hard exclusively I completely understand. It is so difficult for people who have never self-harmed before to even begin to understand what it's like. It's a whole different storm, but it can be overcome I have done it. It's been almost 4 years for me and there are sometimes where I still think about it, but never have the urge to. Something's that have helped me over the years are working out jogging is a great way to just clear your head and honestly getting some fresh air is always great for the mind and body. Listening to music has helped me tremendously, I created a playlist a long time ago for when my depression was at its worst and I couldn't bear to be stuck in my head. I would listen to it at night when I felt those emotions creep up on me, that playlist still helps me to this day. I hope some of this helps and if you do need someone to talk to I am here.
I agree it's possible to stop, I have too. It's really hard but worth it. Perhaps write a list of things to try when you want to hurt yourself. I did and would keep working through the list until the urge had passed. There are DBT books/ websites which I found had useful ideas.
