Sorry to hear that you are struggling but at least you have recognised it and are trying to get help. Have you been to see a doctor? Loved ones are tricky to make understand as often they don't want to hear we are upset and if we are good at covering our emotions may not realise how much we are struggling. Have you tried sitting down seriously and explaining how you feel, maybe write a letter as this gives you time to explain yourself properly?
Hopefully other people will get back to you with some ideas, good luck.
I didn't realize how much someone I don't even know could actually help me I just want to say thank you to everybody who replied
I have talked to him but may not have expressed just how I have truly been feeling.... I'm going to try and let it all out I just hope things change for the best. I have considered a babysitter the only thing holding me back is my sons conditions he has a severe epilepsy condition.... So I only relax when my mom or husband watches him and my other son has a lower limb difference and has some special care needs as well..... I will sit my husband down and REALLY LET HIM KNOW HOW I FEEL. again thanks for the advice......
Good luck!! I hope he listens and understands, it sounds like maybe you just need a bit of you time. It must be so difficult looking after 2 little boys especially as they both have extra needs. You know where we are if you need us, everyone is so lovely on here
