Hi everyone , I feel so upset today. If I am totally honest i cant pin point exactly why. My partner and I have had our fare share of issues , I am a very paranoid person and struggle with his need of social media and attention on there , i recently ended the relationship and we are back 'trying' he promises to try more and be more affectionate but fails. I love him , I know he loves me sometimes I just don't feel like I get what I need and talking to him doesn't help. I'm starting to get annoyed short and angry with him which i know being that way with someone that suffers from depression. I constantly feel sick I worry hes straying when deep down I know she isn't. I just have all these emotions running round me and I scared if i talk to him about it hell think I'm bat sh**t crazy! Any advice ???

Hi is your bf taking his meds? Did you ever have that talk with him about making sure he does? Are you getting any help for your paranoia?

I believe so , hes really happy in himself its more me. Hes actually trying to cheer me up for a change. My fella is laid back , and thats what I struggle with. I expect hearts flowers and obsession all the time because I adore him. I spose everyone has their own little way of showing it. What help can i get ?
Problem solving means talking to the person. I hope you find your confidence to raise the issues with your partner.
Doing something for yourself which gets you out of home is definitely a good idea.
Maybe you could arrange a holiday or just a weekend away together to break the monotony. If you go somewhere with limited mobile phone access, then it is going to be a talk to me event.
Counselling / talk therapy on your own or as a couple will work to improve your relationship. Because you know him best, see how he feels about the idea of therapy for his depression and maybe offer to accompany him to a session where you can discuss the outcomes for you as a carer.
There are quite a few support groups for carers that you might like to research.
Caring so much is be physically exhausting. I would encourage you to have a medical exam to rule out any other causes for being tired e.g. anemia or vitamin D deficiency.
I am interested to see how you go.
