Hello, from your brief post I would advise you to go and see your GP. You say that you are in pain in the mornings, there are a number of physical health conditions that can cause that and so going to the GP and getting a full health check with blood tests would be helpful.
Unfortunately I am unable to help motivating you to get up and out of bed and off to work. I suppose one benefit of working is earning money, another is having social contact with people.
If you give a bit more detail about what is going on for you, you might get more helpful replies.

I feel the same way, im now trying to get some therapy hoping I will find motivation and change of perspective on life. Maybe you should try therapy too?

There are a number of things that you can do to assist in dealing with Depression. What you need to do first is to confirm that there are no other health issues.
Here are some self-help activities to try:
- Write about your anxieties in a journal. Use as many words as possible to describe what you feel and what you think is the cause. Pretty soon you should be seeing patterns with how you can change your thought process into something more positive.
- Exercise
- Keep hydrated
- Eat healthy
- Volunteer - this will help you to gain a sense of achievement which is invaluable for rebuilding self-esteem.
