You don't have to apologise for using this community...you can use it however many times you like and you are not a pain
Hi there and welcome here, Some medication - Antidepressants can cause it, mine does and it's horrible , I could have a shower and then start to get dressed and next thing I am all hot and sticky. Wear layers of clothing so you can take a layer off when you feel your getting hot . Wear cotton next to your skin not nylon etc.
I also put a spray bottle of ordinary water n keep it in the fridge and sometimes spray my face an dit really helps, or even splashs your face with cold water too.
Also don't rush around , go slowly and don't be getting stressed, hope your stay around as we always love t have new members and it's a great Forum so never apologise for Posting, as your Post could help someone else.
Hope some of this helps.

I am on Amitriptyline and I am the same as you, so if you are on medication it could be that.
Make an appointment with your GP and discuss this with the Practice.
Sometimes Anxiety or Panic attacks can make us sweat, although I feel you need to make a call to your GP
