Hey everyone! I havent posted here in awhile so i just want to see how everybody is doing?

Thought I'd say hello as it looks like nobody has replied to your post yet (or maybe my tablet isn't loading this page properly?). I've been at work all day but home again now and fortunately not feeling as low as I was last night. I live on my own and struggle much more with that during the winter, as I'm not keen on cold, dark evenings. Anyway, how are things with you, I hope you're having an ok day?

Im doing ok. Being on campus where i was molested is really stressful for me so i do what i can. I went riding today for the second time this week and had a marvelous time

That's awesome about the horse riding. It's understandable that you are stressed. Do you have things like a rape whistle and a stun gun to protect yourself?

I've been to the gym every day this week, but I can't go today because my knees are killing.

I have pepper spray. About your knees, you should definitely see a specialist.
