Fed up

I'm having a bad day. I feel useless today. Finished work and in a hot bath so I'm out of everyone's way. I'm irritable and short tempered today, I don't know weather to scream or cry!

Hello Cookie, It seems to me you're handling the situation well. Removing yourself from a situation which could escalate is a smart thing to do. I know when I come home feeling irritable I want to attack the first person I see. You are showing a lot of self control. Put some books and snacks, well hidden, in your bath and you'll have a mini oasis for those days. Good luck, Pam
