I've been off work since last Tuesday with stress I feel a lot better than I did but im so fed up now I jus cant be bothered to do anything I feel really shaky and dizzy plus ever time I eat I feel sick anyone got any advice plus I suffer with depression

Hi, Are you sure this is just stress. It sounds like you have other conditions. Have you seen your gp.

I suffer with stress and it can affect us in different ways like the symptoms you mentioned. My advice would be to see the gp though just to get this checked out. Maybe have a blood test.

I had blood test a few months ago everything ok
