Sick pay backdated money

More than one year on Sick pay , now go to health assessment.

Been pay £73 week for over one year, I go get money backdated?

Some now?

Hi I presume you are on ESA? And that you are going for the assessment to see if you can stay on it, or go on the ESA work group or support group?

As far as I know it can take quite a while to receive a decision from them and they will backdate it from the original date of assessment if you are successful in your claim. I don't know about back dating it further.

Why don't you look on direct.gov.uk as all the benefit advice is on there. Good luck x
