i will keep taking my pills only 26 a day for life when well, mostley pain killers. suicidal depresion since age of 25 and ten un sucsefull attempts. thoughts only now no actions. just low moods, and trough my bullieng at work, and them letting me go, had no choice, i cant comunitcate face to face or over phone, my mobility is crap, have my wheel chair, schooter to frightend to drive, my walker and my sticks, but because i fall alot and pass out, im not allowed to do anything

Just to say communication is a good start.

It can take a lot of courage and be quite scary at first.

I wonder if you feel responsible for the others in your family

In the picture you post you are blonde but in your id photo you are dark I like the blonde.

I think it is important how you present yourself I don't brush my hair when I am down.

Two of my best friends have seriousness mobility problems they are both lovely kind considerate caring people. I bet growing up around people who are struggling makes you sensitive too

You probably need someone to care about you

Mental health is an obstacle but it builds different strengths too

i hated the red, with low moods, it was to cover up my dark grey slate colour, today going back blond. to try and give me a boost. ezema and hayfever so bad today. pain and tired. bradley 20 suicidal depresion, 11 suicidal depresion at crissis leverl because of school builying, lilley belimick, depresion from builying a college 18, james , heart and blood pressure, depresion, hees my partner, and me!!! ive always looked after everybody 3 of us have learning dificulties and the boys are disleix. i cant spell, now i cant right and barley type, cant dress, wash, walk, eat etc. james is trying todo everything, as only one alowed to work, bradley had to give up work and college. lilly giving up her photoagraphy and outsize modling, she was 18-20 back down to a 8/10.

hobbies in recovery or for people who are mentaly ill or disabled are now on referall basis for some councils from doctor, i card craft a year with the depresion card craft class every friday, ran by vouluntears. there was cooking and paint art to, swimming. as i have lost my cuminications skills after the buliing, they said to meet people and try to get my hands working as so week. its very hard for me somtimes i just watch.

To have been a Mother but was told at 22 that I was infertile. We all have

Crosses in our lives and I think we have to try and look at the good things

In our lives, as otherwise it's a bit too much.

You have lots of interests which is a great thing and I do myself. What ages

me 43 , patner james 50, chelsea-lou 11, lilly 18, deaf son bradley 20! we are all under mental health, 3 suicidal depresion 11,me, 20 yrs old, james stress and heart and bloodpresure, lilly belimick, most caused by bulling and broke relationships and work buliying. i have 13 life health conditions to and photo phobia (alergic to light) so i have to ware my stevey wonder prescribeg glasses, this year they put the lenses in to a sun glasses frame and dont look to bad lol

I have struggles but mostly my own fault. I really admire you going to watch other people crafting it is so much better to get out and do stuff not be stuck at home

Do you know what a pa is?

If not I can get back to you

It is council funded and does not depend on other benefits or affect them

It gives you choice about what help you need and when

Mine is now a personal friend we help each other out

I love the glasses and the hair like I said I hate pics of me so keep them coming maybe one of the class you go to

Please stay with us don't give up

It is hard to keep going sometimes maybe a good word on here will help
