Hi
Hi Jill
I'm not entirely sure what you need advice for? Are the tabkets you take for your anxiety giving you a dizzy head? If so, it can take a few weeks for side effects for settle down and if they still don't you should pop and see your GP again,

Hi,
I used to get problems with migraines that affected me so badly I'd loose the sighting in my left eye and sometime would even have just a fuzzy image from my right eye. Would always be very sensitive to light even with sunglasses on.
I used to take pain killers for migraines and found that a dark room and sleep helped.
Things have settled down now that I am getting treatment for my anxiety and depression.
Jill, I've read yours and the other posts, good advice however have you been to an osteopath or chiropractor as some times it's a muscular problem or one of the neck joints is out of alignment, happens to me all the time the relief after a treatment is worth the cost. Wish you well x Dens
