Hi I suffer bad anixerty awful worry 24/7 .. worry ppl tell me have break down any one ever been told that scared out my mind xxxx any idea what I do help cope as cant tske pills wish bad heads go any one else get them 24/7 please ..thaz numb xxx

Hi cough.. had bad anixrty few year's .. but last yr got worse get dizzy .. head feel heavy tight feeling .. shakes all time feel unreal at times .. doc never said got depression just bad anixerty hun xx makes body ache just feel half with it dont away s sleep .. just worry 24/7 thinking goin to break down as read to.much on Internet xx hope explain bit more hun xxx

Often anxiety and depression go together but if you agree with the doctor then you will probably get more help from an anxiety site rather than a depression one. Do you know how to find the sites I mentioned? x
