Good morning Jaccoz,

i do like your little picture above, the words are so so true, i have those days too, one day i'm feel better the next day i'm way down in the dumps, i can't seem to get it right, i'll just have to keep taking the tablets as they say 'ha ha' i hope your days get better too.

take care, Goldielocks.

Hi Good words. Just how I am - one day is good the next is not so good. Yesterday was good as it was my birthday and we went out for lunch then for a walk but today is not so good. Reading this makes me feel a bit better. Thanks

Good and bad days, yes, it sometimes takes such a small thing to shift my mood, like an unexpected phone call from someone I really like, or a present on my birthday, or sometimes just a smile and friendly word from someone whilst walking around M & S. I don't get as deeply depressed now but I found in the past when I did that on the days when I was deeply depressed I wouldn't even answer the phone or go out and so didn't find out whether those things would have helped! I guess that's the nature of depression.
