i am so scared and i don't know why. i felt that before meeting, it went quite alright but that terrible fear still inside me. any advice how to get off of it? tried relaxed usual ways. it goes away for that time and then comes back. feeling weepy, would love to cry it out but can't. can't really concentrate on doing something

I think the only thing you can try is just going back to the relaxation techniques each time the fear returns, particularly if they work for a while. Hope that each time they work for a little longer.
You can't stop the fear from coming but you can control the way you react to it and refuse to let it take over your thoughts. Hard work I know but it is the right tactic.
Do you use any meditation techniques at all? If not it may be worth looking at them as there is some evidence that mindfulness can retrain the paths in your brain and help you build up some resilience.

totally understand. It is awful to be scared - whether or not you know what is causing it. It's a horrible place. My brain seems to interpret the change in hormones just before my period as fear and it's awful - have to keep reminding myself that I don't have to let the fear control me and keep relaxing.
