Hi. But I'm going to have a kidney ultrasound to be on the safe side. Will need a full bladder. I find it difficult to hold urine in at the best of times so have decided to drink a litre of water a half hour before appointment instead of an hour as there may be a delay with the beginning of the ultrasound. Wondering would that work better. Also don't want to be sitting in a taxi with a full bladder on way to appointment. Cheers Kevin..

I had a UTI for a few weeks but it has improved a lot
You gave me a chuckle. I had to go through radiation for prostate cancer back in 2019 and I had to have a full bladder for each session. I would start drinking water at home before I left and then I would have several bottles in the car on the way there. I prayed as I sat in the waiting room that they weren't going to be late in taking me back for treatment. After treatment, I would make a mad dash to the two restrooms in the waiting area. One time, I opened the door to one of the restrooms and there was a lady sitting on the loo and I think she literally crapped herself. Of course being the gentleman that I am, I apologized.
Thanks for your reply. Tip of my penis gets very sore before I urinate and that's with a 250ml go. I don't know how much water will give a full bladder for me. I've already had a UTI last week but I'm sure all will be ok..
