No need to go to hospital your incision is still fresh and may still bleed now and again just try to rest it and let it hang out. Also don’t bandage it or soak it in the bath or shower keep it as dry as possible and be patient.

Mine bled for the first two weeks, I just let it settle and kept it dry and uncovered to heal

Mine would bleed to the point it soaked my boxers and clothes at one point it got so bad I couldn’t urinate as the blood had dried and blocked my urethra opening.

I’m not sure what your doing but walking about is not doing you any favours you need to keep it uncovered no boxers or trousers let it hang out and rest stay in bed if you have to.

Ryan has it absolutely right while it is concerning when you see bleeding down there popped stitches are normal they will happen. The best thing to do is to let it heal on its own not sure how your activity level is but I moved something heavy 4 days post op and popped a stitch so if you live a very active lifestyle then you may want to take it easy for a bit. If it continues then you should speak with your doctor. I mean after all this is your penis... You only get one.

My personal experience with my bloody stitches is to apply pressure on it (clean towel or toilet paper) when it bleeds, and let it dry. if a doctor says ur fine give it a few days maybe, and if the bleeding doesnt let up maybe ... go back but i dont know. My personaly bleeding went from a 6 out of 10, to about a 3 rating. So the bleeding should start not being as much in few days
