Bladder neck contracture help?

I had a greenlight procedure for an enlarged prostate. After a few months scar tissue grew and caused a blockage. My urologist went back in with the laser and cleared it with the warning that it could happen again. I asked him what then? He said we clear it again. I'm concerned that this can cause other unwanted damage. Any insights or experiences you can share? Thank you.

You should look for a urologist who does the Urolift procedure that puts implants into the prostate from within the urethra. I had that done instead of any of the other prostate surgeries for an enlarged prostated (BPH). No side effects, and holds back the prostate.
