I need to have prostate surgery. I live in Manhattan. I am trying to decide between two different procedures: greenlight laser v. bipolar button resection and vaporization. Any men who have had either surgery? Your success/side effects? I understand that many of the side effects of prostate surgery are irreversible.

So our reelected government is doing a terrible job at the moment. At the moment they are running from 'fire' to 'fire' to extinguish it. To give some background: current government is a coalition from four different parties (VVD, D66, CDA and ChristenUnie). VVD is the liberal right party and has been the biggest party for over 12 consecutive years now. D66 is a liberal progressive 'middle' party. CDA and ChristenUnie are religious conservative 'middle / right' parties. Because of many mismanaged decisions in the previous governments, which VVD was the main party of with the currently longest sitting prime minister, now a lot of problems keep cropping up
