I need to have prostate surgery. I live in Manhattan. I am trying to decide between two different procedures: greenlight laser v. bipolar button resection and vaporization. Any men who have had either surgery? Your success/side effects? I understand that many of the side effects of prostate surgery are irreversible.

So our reelected government is doing a terrible job at the moment. At the moment they are running from 'fire' to 'fire' to extinguish it.
