This may sound strange but I feel this is serious.I had to see a surgeon to see if I needed a circumcision. I had phimosis and it was obvious.
Instead of looking at the problem I was asked to get up on the bed and was given an internal saying my Prostate was fine, he then said yes you need a circumcision. I felt very uncomfortable and still do.
He has nothing to do with Prostate, only circumcision.
I want to report it.I am past retirement.

I'm not a professional in any way but it sounds like you atleast want to see another doctor to see if you really need to get cut but I can't really say anything about if you should report it or not but it sounds like he definitely did not listen to you if you told him you were there about your foreskin.
Good luck!
It is possible that the doctor thought he was doing a favour by checking out your prostate. Assuming he was a urologist, the prostate will form part of his remit, and unfortunately this can most easily be reached via the anus. As you say you are retired, there is a high % of men in their 60’s who start to have prostate problems as it often enlarges with age and can give rise to issues with urination etc. At the very least, the doctor should have explained what he was doing and why. I suspect if he had you may not have the same understandable feelings that you have now?
What Middleaged said. Since you are retired sometimes doctors do it as a routine check as prostate issues are a lot more common in men older ages. Granted maybe he could have explained better but I don't see it as a reason for reporting as malpractice. Doctor showed initiative and you shouldn't really be "butthurt" about it ... a little pun there. But seriously, no ... don't.
I have already had Radiotherapy for Prostate Cancer two years ago and the Cancer is reducing. This Doctor only does Circumcision, and I would have thought he might have known that. I just can not get my head around it.
My Doctor for the Cancer,at the same Hospital always explained everything to me before he did it.
Yes I am retired and understand all things as we get older, but this gentleman is not my Doctor and works at the Hospital and at no time mentioned my prostate or examination of it.
This does not seem like a malpractice case to me. I don't think I have ever heard of a urologist that performs ONLY circumcisions. That would severely limit a urologist's patient to a narrow niche of people needing adult circumcisions. Unfortunately, even if for some reason the doctor got his jollys by feeling prostates, you being elderly doesn't help your case since elder men are known to have prostate issues (BPH). Also, because you have had prostate issues in the past as you mentioned you had prostate cancer 2 years ago, I would assume (probably a jury as well) that he is just checking that the prostate is still fine and isn't abnormal again.
i doubt it was malpractice he is a doctor checking on your health and wellbeing there really is no need to be ashamed in front of your doctor unless he does something completely out of the ordinary that has no relation whatsoever to your visit but a prostate can be tied to urinary issues
