I have a small swelling part on the upper left side of my abdominal, pain isn’t to big but I have discomfort when I sit down or sleep. Any idea what it can be. Went to the doctor but he couldn’t see the swelling part?

Probably a mild, beginning evidence of an abdominal hernia. Unlikely to be anything serious and may be something you can live with, but definitely worth getting a doctor's opinion on after physical examination. Very different from an Inguinal Hernia (which I have) as the latter can get 'strangulated' and block the intestine, which can be very painful and can become a medical emergency requiring surgery.
