Hi everyone, since the start of this year I have had a problem with my scrotum, the scrotum skin covers the sides of my penis which makes it appear smaller, my testicles are either very high up or very low and saggy. Been told this is an infection but need to know what’s the best treatment as this is fustrating me.
Thank you.

You have nothing wrong. The scrotum reacts to your level of arousal and to temperature. The testicles are not in your body but in the scrotum as they need to remain in lower temperature than the rest of your body. When environment temperature is high the scrotum becomes low and saggy to remain at a lower temperature than your body, however in cold temperature or when you are aroused the testicles and scrotum become tight and nearer to your body. Having said this the only person who can diagnose any problem is your GP so if you need further reassurance you can discuss this with him or her. If you have further questions do not hesitate to ask either here or on private message.
The thing I am most worried about is what is on your glans, is it smegma? Or is it a rash? Maybe try cleaning your penis? I’m sorry if that sounds rude at all but hygiene is very import. As for your scrotum I don’t see anything g wrong with it
His doctor wouldn’t say anything about his foreskin, it’s just advice, you can say the same about everyone on this site. I don’t think it’s too short though, I think it’s just bunched up.
You appear to have a problem with your glans and also with the front of your scrotum. I can see the white on your glans and a change of the skin at the front of your scrotum - looks a bit like a ridge. I would seek medical advice.
