DUTASTERIDE-TAMSULOSIN How long did the Side Effects last?

I have only just started on this treatment and I must say the side effects are awful. The most annoying and debilitating is a constant runny nose that is dripping like a tap and will not stop.

I am going through 6-8 boxes of tissues per day and my nose is red raw.

Has anybody else had this and if so did it eventually lessen or go away.

If this continues I cant stand it.

I’m only taking tamsulosin. I get a stuffy nose but not particularly runny. Sounds like a chat with your doctor. Or pharmacist?

Yeah. Unfortunately my Doctor says it's a well known side effect and I;ll just have to put up with it.

That's just not good enough.

Nasal saline sprays? And perhaps a different alpha blocker than tamsulosin?

That’s an allergic reaction Stoptaking it and call your doctor.
