I would like to know what happens to your semen when you have a climax but do not ejuculate.

It goes into your bladder, then comes out mixed with your urine when you wee.

I’ve been taking it for around 3 years now. I had retrograde ejaculation maybe 50% of the time for the first 3 months of taking it. Not any more. Happily, the improvement in my urinary symptoms has remained constant since commencing tamsulosin.

That’s very comforting, i was a bit reluctant after reading the side effects. Thanks for the reply.

Yes that's correct if it's retrograde ejaculation as opposed to dry orgasm (no semen produced) menshealth.com/sex-women/a4...

I find a retrograde reaction starts about 3 hours after taking and lasts about 7 hours and it causes a mild reduction in sensation during that time. Necessary medicine to prevent eventual bladder muscle malfunction. Easy to plan around it.

Hi johniam, as previously answered the seamen you ejaculated goes harmlessly into your bladder to pee out later. Bear in mind it doesn't all go there toy still have a little comming out so don't think its a contraceptive solution. Good luck Derek
