Sexual PTSD

So I've gotten two bacterial infections in the past. I've never been that promiscuous. I just got unlucky. They were ladies I thought I could trust.

I've deprived myself of sexual contact because I'm terrified of putting my penis in someone again even with a condom.

I haven't been sure how to get past this mental block. Any suggestions?
