far as erections there’s nothing you can really do, they just get less painful as time goes on. i remember waking up during the night though as they were so sore so i feel your pain!
Four weeks? Geez man, I hope I can hold out that long, also the bottom part of my penis head is still swollen and yellow, but the top and side look fully healed,
Why’s that
The area where you frenulum is or was if you had it removed takes the longest to heal. I wanked from day 10 and had sex from day 27 but everyone is different. I'm 3 months post op now.
So, for me to get rid of erections it has always worked for me to sing the national anthem. Sing it slow and passionately, while imagining the music playing in the background.
Depending on your healing wait 3 weeks for sexual activity, Maybe 10 days for gentle masturbation. In both scenarios be gentle, it is ideal to wait till stitches fall off.

I get very painful erections pretty much every night (its 13 days since my op) I try to think of things to kill the erection literally nothing works! So I end up getting out of bed and just walk around the house for 5 mins, this seems to work.
