Non specific symptoms.

I have tested for chlamydia, ghonorea, hiv, mycoplasma/ureplasma, syphillis, hep, and hsv2 and all came back nehative. I am outside of any window periods.

I had a rash on my penis that lasted 4 to 5 days (doctor viewed and didnt think it was herpes but didnt know what...it was reddish brown with no blisters). It appeared when I urinated and the urination burned. The rash went away and i was left with inflammation on the head of the penis, some pain when i urinated (burning/stinging), and dry silver/shiny skin on the head of my penis, my testicles also were red and burned.

I have tried anti fungals, moisturizers, antibiotics ( azithro, doxy, moxoflox) and i have changed all my underwear to boxers and stopped showering with soap.

Question: are there bacterias that the above antibiotics would not kill that this could be? I found the antibiotics helpfull but still have issues. My urinalysis came back clear though so doc thinks it maybe isnt bacteria. I know there are lots of types out there tho so wondering if it is not on the spectrum

Question 2: doc indicated symptoms are non specific and need a cystoscopy. Any idea what these symptoms could indicate? Some rare std or tropical disease? Prostatis? Il avoid thinking of cancer but i am starting to wonder

Mind is going pretty fast at the moment as there is no real diagnosis i am left to wonder at what it could be...

It doesn’t look like you were tested for thrush or herpes ? Thrush can cause rashes like that if it appears as a candidal skin infection and antifungal cream needs to be applied for many days to see a difference.
