Good morning all.

I have woken up this morning and my left wrist seems very sensitive to touch. The right is okay but left is sore to the touch. Has anyone had this strange sensation before?

Thanks in advance

Hi. Has it got any better as the day has progressed?

Perhaps see how the day goes. If it does not go away, or if it comes back, perhaps you need to see your doctor.
