Mystery Skin Condition

Hi all,

Around 3-4 weeks ago I noticed a small patch on my chest which I thought nothing of. As its been a few weeks and it hasn't subsided I decided to look it to what it might be and I'm slightly worried it could be a superficial basal cell carcinoma. I've sent pictures to my GP as they are not doing face to face consultations at the moment due to covid-19 and they didn't seemed particularly concerned but I wanted a second opinion.

It's around 1cm in diameter, itchy on occasions but its flat and painless. The GP suggested a Dermotofibroma but I'm sceptical.

Discoid Eczema has also been suggested by a family member

I'm 27yr old male so I believe BCC is rare in people of my age, but you can never be too sure.

I've attached a pic, any thoughts welcomed.

Keep at your GP. You do not really need suggestions but a firm diagnosis.

If you compare BCC pictures on the internet, and the picture you shared, you would see they look very different.
