White "dots" around the head of my dick?

So, I'm 17, uncircumcised and I've been doing stretches daily to stretch the skin. But, as I've been doing it more and more, I finally noticed that I have white "dots" around the "ring" of the bottom of the head of my dick. Any idea what this could be? Google wasn't much help. Thank you

Those are called pearly penile papules. They are benign, so nothing to worry about.

Laser surgery by a dermatologist. Probably not covered by insurance. Takes an hour.

I don't know if I had the same exact situation as you, but I had the same thing when I first found out while practicing pulling my foreskin behind my head while erect. I just let the shower water on hot hit it while exposed and overtime it disappeared.

took me about a a month to two before I realized I didn't have the white spots anymore after showering with the underside of my penis head exposed to the hot shower water. Just a heads up.

Thank god I found this I thought I had something wrong with me... my girl friend literally broke up with me last year cuz I couldn’t figure out what it was and wouldn’t see a doctor cuz it wasn’t painful or bothering me just looked bad. Thank you so much. Now that I know what it’s called I was able to look up a few thing and saw tea tree oil will take it away... hope it helps 👌
