penis still swollen after a year

Hello! I've been circumcised for over a year already but I still have a ring-like shape around my penis. I'm really scared cause it might not be normal. Any solution?

You will have a pronounced ring around the Penis following Circumcision. I am guessing it is the Corona ? If worried or in any pain, go see your Doc' or Urologist.

If what you are describing is the head of the Penis (meatus) and a pronounced ring immediately below, like the band on the base of a condom, then all is normal.
