Pain in testicle
Depends really. Lots of referred nerve pain can pose as testicle pain. Can you locate and isolate if the pain is actually the testicle and not just the area around it radiating into the testicle? Does the pain move around? Is there any lumps or swelling you can detect on either testicle (best to check in a hot shower)? You'd be looking for lumps or hard/firm areas on the outer surface, but keep in mind that testicles have structures and tubing at the top, back, and bottom, so don't freak out on those. Give them a quick check, make sure there's nothing unusual, and then get a doc's opinion. Due to a sacral injury, I get a lot of referred pain my groin area, but it sometimes presents itself as testicle pain when it's not, and moves around to the pubic area, behind the testicle, into the shaft, etc, and it's not constant. Normally it has to do with clenching the pelvis which you're doing during sex, especially at climax which might as well be a series of kegals.
Sexual health checks are recommended as well as examination if you are having testicular discomfort. A clinic would be happy to assess.
