Hairless legs

Hey folks, so for the last couple of years I’ve noticed the side of my legs are now bald. No idea why and whilst I do wear trousers at work but I tend to wear shorts & trousers 50% each roughly. I’ve noticed the skin where the hair should be can sometimes be itchy and dry. Suggestions please lovely folks 🤠

Have you tried a moisturiser on the bald areas? I have areas where the hair has gone but they do not itch.

This could be alopecia areata, or hair loss due to chronic skin irritation. If symmetrical and bilateral, consider whether you need some tests like thyroid, or even vitamin deficiency checks.

Try and get your blood flow checked in your legs, it's a simple and painless,

I found out when I had a blocked artery that one of the first signs of peripheral blood flow problems was hair loss
