It’s been just been over 4 weeks since I’ve been circumcised and I had sex the first time. Doctor said 4 weeks and I’ll be good and recovery has been great. But during sex there is a hypersensitivity in my glans and I can’t control ejaculation. I’ve always had this problem and noticed it’s still occurring or I hope the sensitivity will go down over time? I’ve tried things like edging and controlling performance anxiety however little to no effect. Will reverse kegels help with the over sensitivity of the glans? I’ve noticed I have very reactive PC muscles
Any advice would be appreciated !
Thanks guys

Do more caressing of your partner's body, help her to orgasm before you do penetration. Women can usually continue after orgasm better than men. If your thrusting phase is brief it will at least mean that both of you have been satisfied. Her first you next. Simultaneous orgasm is usually very elusive, if not impossible, anyway.
Appreciate your response brother. I do need to allow it to heal as it’s still only been 4 weeks. I’ll take it easy and will take into consideration your advice. Sounds like a pretty good idea. Will incorporate some edging also
