Prostatis or epididymitis or cancer?

Hello 27y male here. Here are my symptoms :

frequent urination

urinating with lower volume and after i finish few drops end in my underwear

microscopic blood in urine

i have weaker ejaculation , its nothing terrible but its take longer to refill up?

on and of mild pain right behind testicles and in testicles

i had cystoscopy, CT scan, a ultrasound of testicles nothing wrong here. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone i post here update. Anyway inwent to best urologist in country - and pretty expensive tbh. He did couple of tests and he told me this Can be simply some, spasms, Bad posture due to sitting, or only psycholigic cause my brain FOCUS to múch on IT and my nerves over react. He prescribed me some painkillers, i take them for a week, now im clear for three months nie. Also no futher blood in urine in next test
