Dull Ache in testicles

So some background. I’ve just turned 16, I’ve had a nagging background pain in mainly my right but sometimes left testicular. This has gone on for a few months now and it’s just a dull ache, nothing too painfull just worrying. This combined with the fact that I’ve had some on off retrograde ejaculation in the past (like it happened for a few days then went away) makes me worry a bit. Anyone know what the fecks going on?

Hi Man, you really should have things checked out anytime there's any changes down there they should be checked with your doctor.

As MrMac99 said it’s always good to get things checked out especially when it comes to the ole twig and berries having said that don’t be to concerned. I’ve had a dull ache and sometimes a pulled sensation in my left testicle since I was about your age (34 now) and have had every scan u can imagine and always got told there was nothing wrong and that it could just be an ache or something to do with the veins in the nads.

That isn’t to say to not get checked out. It’s always good to be sure. Most likely they’ll have a fiddle and a gander maybe told to turn your head and cough and as in my case get sent for an ultra sound.

Same thing is going on with me. Dull ache in left testicle. It comes and goes. I started to worry because during the time it first happened I just became sexually active. Went to the doc, got tested nothing no still. However I plan to go back for a follow up this weekend. No change in sexual partner though. So probably nothing will come up

I went through every test you could imagine to get it sorted or at least find out what it is and it all came back normal. Eventually a frank doc just said that it’s just another ache I’ll have to get used to. That sometimes we get aches and pains for no reason and they go and come back. I haven’t really worried about it for a long time now. I get it every now and then but I just deal with it and eventually it passes.

I can’t see it having anything to do with sex because I got mine a long time before (I was late to the game) so Yh it’s most likely nothing concerning just another thing to deal with lol.

You should attend a sexual health service or your GP for examination . And regular self examination regardless of symptoms or not.

1. Are you cut or uncut?

2. How severe is the pain?

3. Does your left testicle have the sensation of a bag of worms?

4. It could also be blue balls, since you are at the age where the hormones are raging.

5. Try masterbating more often

6. If it ever becomes severe pain in your testicles, then it is highly important for you to go to the emergency room because testicle torsion can cause loss of testicle.

Why does it matter if he is cut or uncut? Totally unrelated?

Because testicle inflammation can be caused by removing to much skin from circumcision. I am living proof of this happening. I walked around with constant discomfort in my testicles until I finally decided to restore the foreskin partially to allow me not to have painful erections anymore. I felt such a sharp pain every time I ejaculated. I just thought it was normal until everything came together, which helped me realize it was not normal. My testicles feel so comfortable as all those problems disappeared when I had more skin on my penis. So therefore it does make a difference whether he is if or uncut.

As members have said, get yourself checked out by a doctor ASAP
