Cutting pain on top of knee

It started last night my knee it feels like somethings cutting the top of my knee when I Bend it but there is no pain when I put pressure around my knee. I dislocated my knee early March and I do not know what it is

For people who want to know what happened the pain disappeared all I did was compress it with a cold pack relaxed a day but on that day I did rugby which I think helped it a bit so people with this problem just compress it or take a shower and do stretches or go for a run
