Ive been experiencing burning and blister-like swelling on the tip of my penis (urethra opening) and I've only now come to realise it only happens if semen or pre-cum is left too long or it starts to dry there, is this normal? Or could is be something.. once i get rid of it, it improves within a few hours... for the longest time, i assumed it was an std

Get a test. You can't say STD, without testing. It could be an alergy. Keep the place clean
