Recently had a major surgery. For 6 days I had in a catheder. Now 2 weeks later when I get an erection it hurts and after ejaculation it will bleed and small amount. Not sure if this is just inflammation or if there is something more going on.

this could be normal , as the catheter will be passed up beyond your prostate, and there could have been minor trauma to it or your urethra. However passing a catheter can also introduce infection, so you might require to have a dipstick urine and/or an MSSU to check for urinary tract infection.

Hey it could inflammation and it sounds a little serious, I suggest you to go for a check in the hospital to see what the problem is, and if it is an infectious inflammation, you may just adopt some natural therapies to eliminate the inflammation, for example, they could use herbal treatment of diuretic and anti-inflammatory pills, acupuncture, massage, etc.
