Could Low semen volume be caused by a prostate issue?

Whenever I go to the doctor, they don’t listen to me. I’ve been telling them that I’m having an issue where my semen if I have any at all is consistently jelly like globules and it’s consistently not a lot of semen. They keep telling me I’m having sex or masturbating too frequently but this is not the case. I’m having the same problem after I haven’t had any sexual activity in a week. This problem is really scaring me I’m not sure what to do. I know it’s probably not prostate cancer because of my age but I’ve never experienced this for most of my life.

Well how old are you and when did this issue start manifesting itself ?

Are you saying that this is a big change in your semen quantity and consistency which came on all of a sudden ?

Have you requested to be referred to a specialist Urologist ?

Alteration on semen volume or density COULD be related to prOstate problem, especially proState inflammation, which is quite common in young men. So I would go to an urologist/andrologist, and have my semen examined both as quality and as possible infection (collection by masturbation is compulsary in both cases)

Are you dehydrated? Have you tried drinking a lot of water?
