Left testicle hurts after examination

So less than two days after the urologist examined both my testicles, my left testicle is now in pain, pain also goes down my leg to my foot.

I never had pain in left testicle before the examination, only the right one. The lady urologist really squeezed and pressed on each testicle causing immense pain, I am wondering if she has damage my left testicle during the examination?

Looking on the bright side, my right testicle doesn't hurt as much, that's most probably because the left one has taken over.

I hope the pain goes...
