Post Circumcision Advice

I got circumcised last Friday, I took my bandage of 24 hours after the procedure. And there was a raised black thing about the size of a grain of rice where my frenulum is. It’s now been a week and it’s still there, is it some sort of scab, It’s very hard. Or blood clot? A little concerned because I wake up with an erection most nights and it splits a little and bleeds. So it’s keeping me from sleeping well. Is this normal ?
