Couple of Circumcision Questions

Hi,

I got circumcised just over 3 weeks ago, and have 2 questions:

1) My incision line goes straight, rather than around the head of the penis (as if a few stitches at the back popped or something, not sure if they did though). I.e., there is no gap between the head and skin at the front of the penis, but is at the back. Is this normal/okay)? It seems to be healing fine.

2) Does anyone know what this small black mark/lump could be? It pertrudes slightly and has been there for a while now, been hesitant to try and get it off. Is it likely to be anything to worry about?
