So i got an white bump on the head on my penis in the second week of november then the bump just fell off when i showered, now it turns into a painless ulcer, the surroundings of it is skin colored and the inside of it is faint purple. Also the ulcer is almost flat like, its elevation decreased in this past few days and i also never had any sexual interaction with anyone. Ive never had sex or anything sex related with anyone.
