My semen analysis was 7.2 pH in March and in October was 6.8. I had my thyroid and lymph nodes removed in September due to thyroid cancer and am on synthroid medication.

I found this:

According to one lab test manual normal pH range is 7.1-8.0;[3] WHO criteria specify normal as 7.2-7.8.[2] Acidic ejaculate (lower pH value) may indicate one or both of the seminal vesicles are blocked. A basic ejaculate (higher pH value) may indicate an infection.[2] A pH value outside of the normal range is harmful to sperm and affect their ability to penetrate the egg.[3]

It may also be that your surgery or medications are causing the problem. Best to speak to your doctor.

In the morning, when you get up, try to drink a glass of water with a little apple cider, an hour before breakfast. That is very good for the whole boddy.. i am sure it will help you!
