Hi everyone, I have a pain in the middle part of my chest that's where that indent is in everybody's chest. I was thinking it was because I worked out my chest the other day and I'm not used to strenuous exercise, but my brother mentioned it could be a hitial hernia where part of my stomach enters my esophagus.
I need some advice here.

And how old are you buddy because an hitial hernia may only occur when your 50 years old or are obese. When you eat food do you find it difficult to swallow food and once you have eaten do you get acid reflux or heartburn about 20-30 mins after.
Nah I didn't but I haven't had pain in days and as I said I'm 20 years old. Ended up just being chest soreness from working out. Thanks for everyone's concern
Ok pal take care of your health it's very important young or old good, luck and all the best
