Your doc is right. I've had all those symptoms and all were caused by anxiety.

As soon as you learn to manage your anxiety the symptoms will start to ease.

Possibly you need an anti allergic and may be an antidepressant also

This may sound weird, but try listening to ASMR or white noise to relieve anxiety

Sounds like anxiety mixed with allergies. Why not try to take an antihistamine when you have these symptoms and see if they calm down? Then maybe start some deep breathing exercises to calm yourself down a little. You're 18... you can lose the weight, but you are certainly not dying.

Hi, how long have you had these symptoms and have you just seen the one GP; as a fellow sufferer, a lot of what you describe sounds like a migraine combined with an anxiety attack; I would recommend making an appointment with a different GP, who will hopefully be able to offer you reassurance, migraine treatment and perhaps a referral to a CBT therapist for helping you to manage your anxiety. Good luck!

It does sound like anxiety and as suggested, taking deep vreaths, maybe even meditation may help to calm the mind a bit. I would certainly see a GP that may be able to prescribe medication that will help with the anxiety. Certainlt a therapist can help and if you can get a referal it will help. As for weight, there are many ways to redice this so not too much of a problem. Start by breathing exercises, relaxation and and start to switch your thoughts to positive ones. Not easy, but we are here to help so lets start one step at a time. You ARE goingto be alright, you have taken the first steps.

Not what you're looking for?
