Scared of STD

I recently developed 3 individual bumps on head of penis and a tingling to burning feeling but no discharge or painful urination. One day after symptoms doctor prescribed fucadin cream. With limited improvement and disappearance of bumps the doctor then prescribed panderm cream and after a 10 day course thought i was fine.

After 2 weeks of no issues. Suddenly feeling a tingling burning sensation again. Additionally both times I've had chaffing on my thighs from scrotum (possibly unlinked)

Urine tests came back all negative. I have to wait for the 28 day period to take further tests

I just cannot sleep well and constantly worry. There seems no one to talk to about these issues to put my mind at ease.

Doctor is confident prior to testing that it is not serious and likely a minor infection. Given anti biotics and to get tested for peace of mind.

A lump on the top of the penis, and there is a tingling sensation your urine test results are negative, indicating that it is not a urinary tract bacterial infection. It is recommended that you should keep relax, and avoid sexual life during this time, wait for the next stage of the test results, and listen to the doctor how to analyze it.

Under normal circumstances, the cyst is a benign lesion, which has no great effect on the body. It can be treated without treatment or with traditional natural medicine. If your tingling sensation is enhanced, or the lumps have an increasing tendency, you can consult with your doctor for surgery.

I have been paying attention to no less than 50 similar conditions in recent times. Some patients use herbal Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory pill to treat them, the feedback that the effect is not bad, but I am not a doctor after all, you should go to the hospital for further examination, relax your mind. It is very important to you.

Hi,

Thank you for the replies. Sorry I have a little more enquiry

The odd thing is that the red marks seem to come and go through out the day and/or week. I dont really know how these things work. Is that a good or bad sign?

Behind the for want of a better word 'banjo string' (sorry cant think of the word) is a red spot which i can see but not feel when i run a finger over.

I have red marks down my inner groin and red scrotam which may be chaffage but I noticed some little bumps amongst it now.

Everything always looks worse after i wash even if i am gentle and dont use soaps/gels on this area. There is strong discolouration across the head/tip with lots of tiny dots which ive had before after recieving oral but this was fixed with fucadin cream that time.

Im stuck travelling for awhile and will still get checked out further next week.

Get tested for HSV 2 , genital herpes . Very likely to be that by the sounds of it .

You need to get tested properly for the peace of mind , do not take antibiotics without having a diagnosis confirmed .

You might have nothing related to those and you will need to complete the course of antibiotics . That will affect you in the future when you need to treat something with antibiotics as your body develops resistance to them .

As an example : when people take antibiotics to treat a bacterial infection the healing takes around 4 - 7 days , if you develop resistance to them by taking courses for peace of mind it will take double or triple the time .

You need to see if it’s : VIRAL infection - treated with antiviral medication , or bacterial infection , treated with antibiotics .

Thank you but i guess thats the NHS for you. Not even an inspection, just heres some pills get out.

5 doctors reassured me it wasnt hsv. Only 2 inspected me. I have been told there are 3 seperate conditions... contact dermatitus, jock itch and an ingrown hair follicul. No doctor is willing to do a hsv test. The ingown hair follicul is a rectangular slightly raises lump and causes the most pain.

Its mad. Im a paying customer and they wont let me do it. So im getting frequent sore rear like i have one sharp pain point and then other parts feel bruised or pinched along with upper thighs.

The supposed jock itch is almost gone except for a tiny bit. The supposed contact dermatitus seems mostly gone but seems to disappear/appear by the hour. There looks like an ulcer trying to form but a couple times today it disappeared. It burns like hell.

Incidently this could be an effect that the doctor wanted me to put on a minute dose of cream to a little white lump and i ended up getting it everywhere. It looked like it was burnt!!

Id say symptoms wise its far to coincidental to have all these symptoms and it not be hsv. I broke down today nearly all day. Called a helpline and they recommended trying to change doctors which i will do tomorrow.

It looks like an infection or inflammation of some kind, for STD or inflammation on genital areas, it is better to use natural therapy if antibiotics does not work, or the symptoms come back after a while. You could use natural ways to cope with it, such as acupuncture, herbal treatment of diuretic and anti-inflammatory pills, massage, etc.
